Tanya Davis is a renowned poet and musician, former Poet Laureate of Halifax and composer of “How To Be Alone” - her most famous poem that went viral on YouTube. (www.tanyadavismusic.ca )
Catherine MacLellan is a JUNO Award winning songwriter from Prince Edward Island who has been speaking about her experiences with mental health as well as her late father’s, famed songwriter Gene MacLellan (Snowbird, Put Your Hand in the Hand, etc) (catherinemaclellan.com)
Expect songs, poems, and laughs, about mental health and the rest of it, about the hard parts of life and the best of it.
